The conference will be held at the Gaylord Rockies in Denver, Colorado. Use the button below to book a room at our discounted rate. Rooms are $235/night and are on a first-come, first-served basis, so we suggest booking early. Most guests find that booking Wednesday-Friday is best. The conference begins at 3 pm Wednesday for check-in and ends at 11 am on Friday.   • What is your COVID-19 plan at the conference?

    Our team is developing a plan to keep guests safe at the conference. We will communicate our precautions to all registered guests as it gets closer to the event. Check your inbox and this webpage for the most up-to-date information.

  • When does the conference begin?

    Registration is open from 3-6 pm Wednesday, May 3rd. We will kick off with the opening banquet and ceremonies at 6 pm and end at 11 am on Friday, May 5th.

  • What is included in the registration fee?

    Guests are responsible for travel and lodging at the Gaylord Rockies. All meals during the conference are included in the registration fee.

  • How far is the hotel from the airport?

    The Gaylord Rockies is 12 minutes from the Denver International Airport (DIA). This is an estimate and assumes no traffic. We generally recommend using a ride-share app or car service because all of our activities are on-site. The hotel charges a daily fee for parking: $39 valet, $29 self-parking.

  • What is the conference attire?

    Recommended dress for the conference is business casual. No need for men to pack a tie – although you will see a few ties and blue blazers at dinner Wednesday evening. Remember that meeting room temperatures are often quite cold at most hotels. You may want to bring a sweater or jacket so that you are comfortable.

  • What is your refund policy?

    A $200.00 processing fee will be deducted from any refunds provided before February 1st, 2023. Between February 2nd and April 1st, cancellations will be refunded at 50% off the cost of the registration. After April 1st, no refunds will be provided. Tickets are non-transferrable.

  • How much are hotel rooms?

    Rooms are $235/night and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This price does include the resort fee. We also have a limited number of rooms blocked at the discounted rate for Friday night if you would like to stay the weekend.
